BOCHU Claude (BELGIQUE), Ambassadeur de l’Union Européenne (EU), avec à ses côtés, les ambassadeurs de FRANCE, de la BELGIQUE, d’ALLEMAGNE et des PAYS-BAS. Échangeant en rapport de l’article 8 de L’ACCORD DE COTONOU. Se convenant de fermer définitivement la période sombre de 2015-2020 (1) . En centrant désormais nos échanges sur LE DÉVELOPPEMENT ÉCONOMIQUE. S’accordant une confiance mutuelle grandissante.
